For someone with this kind of sound and this many Soundcloud tracks to his name, I’m surprised I hadn’t come across So Much Light before. Better than late than never I guess!
#4. Vineyard Cries – Wolf
Just spent the last 45 minutes trying to figure out which band from the 80s this track reminded me of (I have a song on my playlist that could be this song’s sister track). Alas, it cannot be found. Doesn’t help that I have the memory of a 2 year old.
#3. Bearson Feat. Ashe – Get Lost
Bearson tracks have a way of slow-burning their way into my list of favorites. Each track seems to take 3-4 play throughs before I’m completely hooked.
#2. Ben Khan – 2000 Angels
Despite posting 5 tracks a week and listening to hundreds of new tracks a month, I don’t actually follow that many Soundcloud artists. I’m a singles guy. It takes a lot of me to wanna hear each and every release from an artist. Ben Khan is one of the few that’s made it onto my follow list. Totally dig his unique sound.
#1. Couros – Young
Don’t know how to describe this one. It’s weird, but not. It’s poppy, but not. What I do know is that I’ve been hooked on both the track and Couros since I first heard Cir-cles last year.
