#5. Disco Fries Feat. Big Nab & Boogie Hill Faders – In A Minute
It finally happened. I’m late and missed a week. However there are a few weeks here of absolute bangers so hopefully that’s proper atonement. Starting this week off with a era-bending dance disco track from Disco Fries.
#4. Arc De Soleil – Lonely Party
Contained in this track is another song that I just can’t put my finger on. Prepare to have this instantly stuck in your head.
#3. Jax Jones Feat. Jem Cooke – Crystallise
Had a hard time sorting #3 and #2 this week (there’s a clear, clear #1). Ultimately, while I am enamored the verses and festival-anthemic sounds… I find the post-chorus and the “drop” kinda annoying and just awkward in general. Like it’s a totally different track shoved in there as filler. Even still tho, such a great dance tune. Reminds me a lot of the early 2000s prog house scene.
#2. Biianco – Checkmate
While I post seemingly every single one of her tracks, I’m not sure I’ve totally acknowledge just how damn good Biianco is. Her sound is so unique and her music videos are incredible. Hope she breaks out into the big-time soon.
#1. Kyle Lux – I Went Out
From the first bars you know you are in for a good time. You feeling down? COVID and stay-at-home orders have you in a blah-mental state? Kyle Lux has got ya with this over-the-top feelgood track.
