Songs of the Week 338: October 10 – October 16

#5. Imugi – Greensmoke

Super silky dream pop from duo Imugi.

#4. Young & Sick – Monday

I ADORE Young & Sick’s album Brother. I think it’s absolutely brilliant. So prepare for a few weeks of Y&S shares, starting with Monday.

#3. Jack Panther – If I Was

While I don’t know if the song is able to live up to how awesome it starts out, I still am loving this cut from Jack Panther.

#2. Moonwood – Slow Down

Nice little love-rock song from Aussie group Moonwood.

#1. Elton John & Dua Lipa – Cold Heart (PNAU Remix)

I’m admittedly quite late on this one, but what a track. Tops of radio, tops at the clubs, tops in your heart. Has everything you love about a classic Elton tune, but kinda revitalized for the times now. PNAU (and Dua Lipa) did wonderful work here. And obviously Elton is one of the the GOATs in music.

Songs of the Week 264: April 26 – May 2

jeremy zucker#5. Jeremy Zucker – Not Ur Friend

Jeremy Zucker and lauv should be best friends.

wiz khalifa#4. Wiz Khalifa Feat. Quavo – Out In Space

Another hip hop track that feels a bit different than everything else being made these days. Those outer space vibes in the beat are legit.

buck slenderly#3. Buck Slenderly – Memories

Something sneaky good about Memories.

young & sick - pineapple#2. Young & Sick – Pineapple Hill

I’m always game for some new Young & Sick. Demo Club overall is a really nice listen.

pangeaux - clockwork#1. Pangeaux & E The Profit – Clockwork

The flow on this track is sick. Pangeaux is quickly becoming one of my favorite new hip hop artists.
